TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This page contains the terms & conditions for Dada Yard Cards. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard greeting. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

PAYMENT: Payment is to be paid in full at time of booking in order to hold the reservation.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund or a credit to be used at a later date. Cancellations made the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

RUSH ORDERS: Rush (within 48 hours) and same day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

o Based on available inventory
o Rush fee may apply
o Orders placed within 24 hours of requested event day are not guaranteed

INCLEMENT WEATHER: We will not be able to deliver your yard greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down. In the event of inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.

REFUND POLICY:

• If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive half your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availabilty.

• No refunds will be given due to client giving us the wrong address.

•  If the yard greeting is meant to be a surprise at a different location or residence, please remember to notify the homeowner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. No refund will be issued if homeowner requests greeting to be removed.

• No refund will be issued due to animals preventing the display from being set up.

• No refund will be issued for being denied access to a gated community.

• No refunds if Dada Yard Cards is unable to install the greeting due to yard being dry, hard & uninstallable.

DELIVERY: The yard sign will be delivered the evening before or morning of event date unless other arrangements have been made. All prices include delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting.

• For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greeting display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.

• Please do not move the items. Signs should not be moved without consent. If there is any damage to the display, you are responsible for replacement of the graphic, letter or stake at full replacement value. You will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.​

• Don’t throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize the signs. All signs remain property of Dada Yard Cards. Any damage, destruction or tampering with the yard signs is prohibited.

• Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc.

• Please do not attach balloons or other decor to any part of the display.

• If you have a lawn crew, please arrange for them to come on a date that the letters are NOT on the lawn. Grass clippings stain our letters.

• We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please do not pull the signs from the ground. Dada Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during set-up and removal of any rental.

Dada Yard Cards reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.

BY PLACING AN ORDER AND RESERVING YOUR EVENT WITH DADA YARD CARDS, YOU AGREE TO ALL COMPANY POLICIES.
